# 中宮

傳統漢字多以平正、對稱為美，假想文字分佈於方形空間內，故又稱方塊字。 在學習書法時，方塊被拆分成九個均等的小方格，以協助分配字的點畫。 其中「中宮」是正中間的格子，透過觀察各筆畫位置與中宮的距離，可以知道字體結構中的疏密關係。筆畫分佈較集中的稱作「中宮緊縮」，較分散的則稱作「中宮放鬆」，而同樣的概念也被借用到字體設計。
