# 無襯線字體 Sans Serif

無襯線體誕生於十九世紀前期，並於二十世紀後普及。由於造型簡練且粗細對比較少，故常用於報紙標題、說明書、道路指標及數位螢幕顯示。要注意的是，中文黑體的設計雖受無襯線體影響，但許多黑體字型都有類似襯線的起筆筆形，不應直接類比為無襯線體。
